This class is suitable for all women wishing to gentle develop strength within the deep core & pelvic floor
Each class will start with a sharing circle and this also helps me to create a unique class based on your individual needs.
Each class will offer a meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana (movement) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
All are welcome – the classes are particularly suitable if you:
have had children and are at least 6 weeks postnatal following vaginal birth and 8 weeks post abdominal birth (you can also come even if you don’t have any children!!)
would like to build core strength safely
are looking to deeply relax and recharge and connect with your body
would like to focus on soothing your nervous system to reduce stress and anxiety
‘Beyond Postnatal’ Yoga is the perfect class for when you’re able to have some precious time out from your baby/child/kids/teenagers for an hour of YOU time before going home and grabbing an early night!
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
